You must read the following provisions carefully as they constitute a contract setting out the general conditions of participation in the 11th ACSHR 2024.

The “click” that you MAKE after completing your purchase form constitutes validation of your purchase and will constitute irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

1. Consequently, you can only purchase the entry ticket if you accept the conditions set out below.

General

2. The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the ACSHR 11th 2024 website. Any purchase made on this site assumes from the participant//speaker their unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

Object 

3. This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the purchase of tickets for participation in the 11th Conference on the Website, via the secure platform online payment from the Interbank Electronic Payment Center.

Ticketing and payment 

1. Tickets for the conference can be purchased online on our official website: https://www.acshr2024.org/
2. Online payments are processed by secure payment service providers.
3. Ticket prices are clearly indicated on our website. 3.4 

Upon payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. 3.5 

4. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after purchase. However, the organisers will grant the tickets purchased to any person indicated by the purchaser.

Method of payment

To pay for your order, you choose the method of payment from those offered by ACSHR 11th 2024 on the payment page.

Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a completely secure payment service.

The participant//speaker guarantees ACSHR 11th 2024 that he has the authorizations possibly necessary to use the payment method chosen by him/her, when validating the Purchase Voucher.

5. In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer//the participation and the issuer of the card and between the ACSHR 11th 2024 and its banking establishment apply.

6. After purchasing the ticket, you will receive by email the payment receipt including the data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform, which constitutes proof of the commercial transactions between you and ACSHR 11th 2024.

Liability

6.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme, including timings and speakers, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

6.2 We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to participants’ personal belongings during the conference.

7. 6.3 We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel, accommodation or other, in the event of changes to the conference programme.

Intellectual property

7.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the conference, including presentations, documents and recordings, remain our exclusive property.

8. 7.2 Reproduction, distribution or sharing of any copyrighted material without our prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Data confidentiality

8.1 Personal information provided when purchasing tickets will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

8.2 We are committed to protecting your personal data and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.

8.3 You have the right to rectify your personal data.
