Ticketing:

The ticket price includes full access to the summit program including group sessions, opening speeches, the exhibition hall, as well as breakfast, lunch, and coffee/tea breaks.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague if you are unable to attend.

Yes, we offer Youth and Students Pass for 200 USD, Individual Pass
for 400 USD, and Organization Pass for 500 USD.

Accommodation:

No, accommodations are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee with various hotel options available from 26/02 to 02/03/24

We have tied up with several hotels ranging from 3-star to 5-star. Details of the hotels along with the pricing can be found on our website.

Yes, there is a daily shuttle service available from the hotel to the conference site for an extra fee.

Exhibition Stand:

 The exhibition stand fee of 1000 USD includes a stand measuring 2m x 3m, carpet, a table, two chairs, a trash bin, a circuit breaker for electrical power, a socket with two outlets, an exhibitor pass with an option to upgrade to general admission for an additional 400 USD, and a panel for writing the exhibitor’s name.
